GUTHI AUSTRALIA is set to celebrate Mha Puja 2010 (Nepal Sambat 1131) on Saturday, 13th November this year at the Italian Forum Cultural Centre, 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt and invites you to join us in keeping the Newah tradition of worshipping the self (Mha) alive and welcoming the New Year in style! This year, the program will be held in a more formal setting and will witness guest speakers, Architect Tara Shrestha (Harvard Graduate) and Associate Professor Surendra Shrestha (University of Western Sydney) as they provide a glimpse into their life-experiences and insights which will be sure to resonate with the journeys we are all taking through our own lives – the essence of Mha Puja. The program will also feature cultural dance performances, an enlightening Newah/Nepali fashion exhibition, and a hearty three-course Newah meal.

The evening will begin at 6.00 pm and be capped off by a special DJ program, and there’s no better way to worship oneself and welcome the New Year than enjoying a session of fine music on the dance floor!

It promises to be a night to remember, so be sure to get your tickets as there is a maximum seat capacity.
